I began coaching women after my own mother almost lost her life from obesity. She was over 320lbs when I was a teenager and after working with a trainer she dropped down to a size 2-4 in her clothes and I got to keep my mom in my life!
I specialize in helping busy professionals 30+ who are looking to drop body fat and build a lean physique that they can keep for a lifetime through a process called “Body Recomp”.

Yes, all meal plans are tailored to the individual based on your meal plan survey you submit to your coach. Your meal plan will also be reviewed by you for finalization to ensure it is something you can follow. No cookie-cutter meal plans, everyone's are different.

This is beginner friendly, BUT this is what that means. You will run (at your pace).
I will push you, but I’m not here to push you over.. If you haven’t worked out in over a year honestly your first week is going to feel tough because that’s just how the body works. And that’s OK.
I will pace your workouts slower so you don’t hurt yourself.
This is only for people who are ready to show up and just need a plan and a coach to guide them.
You can complain, but don’t be up in here killing the vibe.
We want people who WANT to be here.

All new team members start the upcoming Monday.
Pricing for the 6 weeks I almost forgot. It’s $715 and that includes gym fees. And yes you can do a payment plan if needed ONLY ON THE 1ST CALL.
Yes our monthly programs start after your 6 weeks. Our average team member has been in the program for a year. This is why space is limited. You may continue after 6 weeks!
